Managing Team Fatigue During ERP Testing

The testing phases of ERP implementation — Core, SME, and Volume — are demanding, be alert to a fatigued project team.

The excitement is wearing thin, replaced by frustration and tiredness. Border disputes can cause irritation, each core team member wants to ensure it is easiest for their team and let’s not mention the politics and pressure from beyond the project.

  • Remote-working days to reset and refocus
  • Recognition for milestone achievements
  • Enforce planned holidays and be ready to backfill the team
