I started in software development and then project management before becoming an IT manager in 1996.
My IT management roles included being responsible for delivering IT services in the UK, Ireland, Denmark, USA, Canada, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Russia. This involved setting IT strategy, leading teams, managing suppliers, and delivering business critical projects.
In 2013 I became an independent project/programme manager focused on ERP/Business System upgrades and implementations.
I have a track record of quickly building prioritised plans drawn from understanding the commercial challenges and then openly reporting progress through to delivery.
My approach is one of determination, honesty and resilience for working under pressure. I also focus on developing client in-house skills to maintain on-going progress.
