They highlight exceptions, bottlenecks, usability concerns, and regional differences that only experienced operators will spot.

SME Testing may take place on-site, remotely, or by having the core team travel to SME locations for deeper engagement. This helps build trust, improve adoption, and capture any unique local requirements.
